Dr. Michael M. Gus, PT, DPT, MS, OCS, Cert. MDT, CSCS, has been practicing physical therapy since 2000 after graduating from Ithaca College with his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. In 2004, he earned the Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy Certification in the McKenzie Method, which is an evaluation approach utilized internationally to assess and treat disorders of the spine and extremities. Mike became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2006. In 2008, he attained Board-Certification in Orthopaedics from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He completed the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY in 2010. Mike is currently a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the McKenzie Institute – USA. He enjoys working with clients to restore their functional limitations, with a preference for working with athletes of all ages. A native of Sauquoit, he currently resides in Clinton with his wife and three children.
