
Daniel was first introduced to physical therapy at the age of 15 when he attended an outpatient physical therapy clinic while recovering from a broken arm. Years later, Daniel began self-studying various topics in health and wellness to aid in recovering from numerous minor injuries that accumulated from parkour, martial arts, and from work. As interest in health and wellness grew, and when it also came time to make a career-change, Daniel made the decision pursue a career in physical therapy and moved to Syracuse to study at Onondaga Community College.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys hiking, mountain biking, climbing, and snowboarding. Daniel also enjoys sharing his passion for cultivating a healthy lifestyle with others. Having been a patient in physical therapy himself, Daniel especially takes pride in helping people recover from injuries and regain function so they can get back to doing the things they love.
