This very popular type of training gets you the skills and knowledge of a trainer at a fraction of the cost per person for each session.
These sessions are typically made up of 4-6 people. (Friends, family, colleagues) Times, dates, and location are set up in customized fashion for each particular group.
You would form your group, purchase a 6 or 8 week program (typically 2 days/week and 30 minute sessions), set the times and days and discuss with the trainer the “type” of exercise programming your group is looking for….and then ITS ON!
